Hotel Damier is proud to present its restaurant, Cousinas. The name refers to the family bond between founders Dave and Catherine, who are cousins. The pawns in the logo represent Executive Chef Dave and his son Arne. Together with Chef Jay, they form the kitchen team.

Cousinas is more than a restaurant: it offers cosmopolitan cuisine in a city-chic interior, where family, tradition and craftsmanship come together in a trendy and welcoming setting.

Adjusted opening hours during the Christmas period:
Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 December: Open
Thursday 24 December: Open until 12:00 noon for takeaway only
From Thursday 24 December after 12:00 noon until Saturday 26 December: Closed
